Lyonia Environmental Center - Birding With Babies And Toddlers

After a short educational session in the preserve's pavilion, participants ages 1-5 will be given recyclable 'practice binoculars' for a short hiking experience which will introduce babies and toddlers to common birds that can be seen in Florida scrub habitat. Bird calls will be played, and pictures will be encountered along the trail to create a birding experience for little ones. This program is appropriate for babies and toddlers ages 1-5. Trail is jogging-stroller friendly. Advanced registration is required for this free program, and space is limited.
