
Join us for a joyful and empowering aerial yoga experience just for kids! In this playful yet purposeful class, children ages 6 and up explore movement, breath, and mindfulness while supported by vibrant aerial hammocks. Guided by Deann, students build strength, confidence, and body awareness—all while having fun in the air!
Aerial yoga helps kids develop proprioception (awareness of where their bodies are in space), improve focus, and cultivate self-esteem in a supportive environment. Each session blends creative movement, upside-down fun, and calming mindfulness practices to leave kids feeling balanced and uplifted.
