Bring the whole family and enjoy a fun, an energizing Pilates class designed for all ages and abilities! Our Family Pilates class blends the nurturing connection of “Mommy and Me” with exercises designed for Dads too, that engage every member of the family—from toddlers to parents and even grandparents.
This playful and interactive class focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and mindful movement through a series of guided Pilates exercises. We incorporate interactive partner work, props, music, and imaginative play to keep little ones engaged while adults enjoy a full-body workout.
