Bring the whole family and discover the joy and movement of Aerial Yoga! This playful class is designed for school aged kids and adults of all ages to move, stretch and explore together. With the support of the silk hammock, families will experience the freedom of flight, gentle stretches, and creative poses to encourage the connection of breathe and movement in the air. The perfect way to unwind after school or after work. Come play with us!
No experience needed - just a willingness to play and have fun! Family Aerial Yoga is a wonderful way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while making memories with the ones you love.
Bring comfy clothing, yoga mat, water and a smile. - Studio mats available FCFS
*Please note this class is designed for school aged children and adults. Drop off is available. All ages welcome, however, children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
*Please register each child and adult separately for separate hammocks or Register one to share hammock.
