February 15 – Trash to Treasure | We recycle every day but what if you could turn that material into something amazing, like a sea creature! Come with your materials and imagination!
March 15 – Shuck and Share | Come celebrate our amazing oysters in our Lagoon by creating some wind chimes made from our favorite filter feeders. We will explore how human impact has put our oyster reefs in peril and how we can help through our shuck and share program. We will explore oysters in the lagoon and learn how they are a keystone species.
