Let your Kids take their Yoga practice to new heights with NSB Studio with our fun and engaging outdoor aerial yoga class in our beautiful new Outdoor Aerial Garden! Kids will enjoy the freedom of practicing Yoga in nature while using aerial hammocks to explore movement, balance, and strength in a safe and supportive environment. Through playful poses, games, and relaxation techniques, children will build confidence, coordination, and flexibility while connecting with the beauty of the outdoors. Perfect for young Yogis eager to fly, stretch, and have fun!
Parents can enjoy classes inside with our new combo Mat Pilates also at 4:30pm, quiet time in the lobby, or check out Emily's Bistro for a smoothie or snack.
