Family Aerial Yoga
Join NSB Studios for a fun and engaging Family Aerial Yoga Class, designed to bring parents and children together in a unique, playful yoga experience! This class combines elements of yoga, mindfulness, and aerial fitness using suspended aerial hammocks. Suitable for all levels, participants will build strength, improve flexibility, and explore poses in the air in a safe and supportive environment.

***Class Pass includes 1 Aerial Swing for Child or Adult & Child to share. Please book 2nd Class Pass if you would like separate aerial swings. Drop In Class $15 – Class Passes from $10-$15/per Class
Please NOTE: School aged children, able to follow directions recommended. Parents are responsible for maintaining peaceful studio environment for all. Front lobby, picnic tables outside, and back porch area are available to allow children a moment to reset if needed. All are welcome!
Recommended comfortable clothing, yoga mat, and water.
Yoga mats, Aerial Swings and props included.
