NSB Family Fitness is a fun new way to work out with friends and family. Join Crystal Stretch, a pro bodybuilder and personal trainer, and her 6-year-old daughter Scarlett for an exciting parent-child fitness class!
This 45-minute session blends strength-building and heart-pumping cardio for a full-body workout. You’ll start by toning and sculpting with a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises, then ramp up the intensity with a high-energy HIIT/tabata-style cardio blast, guaranteed to leave you sweating and feeling strong. No need to worry about childcare—your little one can jump in on the fun, counting reps and participating in age-appropriate, modified exercises. Open to all ages and genders, this class is the perfect way to bond with your child while getting fit together!
