23rd Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K presented by Heart of Volusia! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that raises funds for the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.

Packet Pickup will be at the Port Orange Hospice Care Center on Friday, November 1 from 12 pm - 6 pm at 3800 Woodbriar Trl., Port Orange. If you choose to have a shirt mailed to you, it will be sent out the week of November 7 through the USPS.
