Volusia County shopping destination welcomes the community to take advantage of tax-free holiday
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (July 18, 2024) – Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach invites shoppers to kick off the start of the school season in style with Florida’s Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday taking place July 29 – Aug. 11. For two weeks only, Tanger Daytona Beach will offer families savings on Florida sales taxes for all clothing, footwear and accessories selling for $100 or less, school supplies selling for $50 or less, learning aids & jigsaw puzzles selling for $30 or less, and personal computers/computer-related accessories selling for $1,500 or less.
Visitors can also Stuff the Bus with new school supplies, school clothes and shoes in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties to help local students in need prepare for a successful school year. From Aug. 10 – Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., the first 50 guests who make donations will receive a free backpack.
