At Harlowe Counseling, we offer a Fulfilling Motherhood Wellness Walk, on
Thursdays from 10am - 11am in Sugar Mill Gardens. Take a leisurely stroll,
where you will take time to stop and reflect on the unique and often
challenging experience of motherhood. You will learn and practice self care
techniques, grounding strategies, all while sharing knowledge and support
as a community.
Therapy might be for you if:
-You are a new or expectant mother, looking for additional support through
the transition
-Since entering motherhood you have felt the need to be “perfect.”
-Your mental health is impacting your experience as parent
-You feel disconnected from your partner, what used to be a joyful
relationship is filled with resentment and no communication
-Motherhood isn’t living up to your expectations
-Since entering motherhood, you are second guessing even the smallest
decision and are seeking confidence in you motherhood abilities
