Save the date for the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia’s (ELCFV) annual Duck Fest at Tomoka Outpost in Ormond Beach!
This family-friendly event is a great way to support our local community and have fun doing it! Watch as more than 1,000 rubber ducks race in the Tomoka River for awesome prizes, cheer on the teams in our must-see duck raft relay race, bid on beautifully decorated ducks by local artists, and bring the kiddos to Quacky’s Kids Zone for face-painting, games, and more. ELCFV is also excited to debut a new component to the event, a Duck Toss Competition!
