Come reset your mind and body with us before the work week! Bring a mat or towel! We are always laid out in the grass. Class starts at 6, and sometimes we have some late comers feel free to hop in quietly at any time. This is for all ages, and beginner friendly.So bring a friend and lets reset for the week ahead!
