Join The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia for the 9th Annual Duck Race at Tomoka Outpost!
Watch as more than 1,000 ducks race in the Tomoka River, bid on beautifully decorated ducks by local artists, and cheer on your favorite Duck Relay team.
We'll also have an online silent auction with items generously donated by local businesses.
Proceeds benefit ELCFV's School Readiness program.
