Two Types of Food Drives
Regular Food Drive: Collect non-perishable food donations and monetary donations at your work, church or in your neighborhood.
Virtual Food Drive: For every $10 donated we can provide up to $90 worth of food value.
We're excited to give you the option to organize a regular food drive, a virtual food drive or both! Regardless of which method you choose, these drives make an incredible difference for struggling families across Central Florida.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 750 feeding partners in seven Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia. Last year, with the help of numerous donors, volunteers and a caring, committed community, the food bank distributed enough food for 78 million meals to partner programs such as food pantries, soup kitchens, women’s shelters, senior centers, day care centers and Kids Cafes.
