08/01-08/31 Tanger Outlets: Tax Free Back-To-School Deals

Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach invites students and families to enjoy extra savings on back-to-school essentials throughout the month of August during Florida’s tax-free holiday. For one month only, Volusia County shoppers will enjoy a reprieve from sales tax on all clothing and footwear purchases individually priced at $100 or less; school supplies priced at $50 or less per item; learning aids and jigsaw puzzles priced at $30 or less per item; and personal computers and computer-related accessories priced at $1,500 or less.
Visitors can also Stuff the Bus with new school supplies, clothes and shoes in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties to help local students in need prepare for a successful school year. From Aug. 9 – Aug. 10 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., the first 50 guests who make donations will receive a free backpack. This donation drive will take place between H&M and Polo.

Tanger Daytona Beach delivers even more value with its Summer of Savings program. Through August, the center will offer the community weekly deals on back-to-school essentials and wardrobe refreshes. Paired with tax-free savings, shoppers can expect to find some of the deepest discounts of the year at top brands like Nike, Coach, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren, Under Armour and more.
