Orange City Fire Cadet Program

The Orange City Fire Cadet Post 1890 is committed to developing the next generation of emergency service professionals through hands-on fire and EMS training, as well as active involvement in community events.

Cadets represent the department and are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct, reflecting the values of the department to the public, City officials, and career firefighters. Maintaining exemplary behavior fosters leadership development—an essential quality for a future in the fire service.

Trainings are held on a bi-weekly basis, on Thursdays typically at Station 67.
