Paint Pot, The

A pottery studio offering open studio times, art classes and summer art programs for kids aged 3 and older. Paint Your Own Pottery and clay projects are available any time as a walk-in.

Wheel classes, are offered twice a month with private lessons by request. Wheel classes are for people age 15 and older.

Kids Storytime and Art
Imagination comes to life through stories and hands-on creativity. We’ll begin with a fun, age-appropriate story, then transition into an art project inspired by the book. Perfect for young artists who love stories, making art, and having fun. Children ages 3-6 years old must be accompanied by adult.

How it works:
Pick a pre-made piece and paint however you want. If you'd rather create your own piece to paint, you can do it with wet clay. You can paint the wet clay or we can bisque fire it, and you can come back as a separate trip to paint, usually about 2-3 weeks later.

Groups of 5 or fewer are welcome to walk in anytime. For groups of 6 or more we do ask you let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to have a space ready for you.
