Becoming a mom, whether it's your first rodeo or you're already a pro, is like stepping into a whole new world. It's a rollercoaster ride, filled with high highs, low lows, lots of laughter, and yes, some tears too. And we get it. We're moms too, and we have been right where you are.
In addition to therapy, we offer a Fulfilling Motherhood Wellness Walk, on Thursdays from 10am - 11am in Sugar Mill Gardens. Take a leisurely stroll, where you will take time to stop and reflect on the unique and often challenging experience of motherhood. You will learn and practice self care techniques, grounding strategies, all while sharing knowledge and support as a community.
