Beachgoers can sun, splash and beat the heat at Volusia County's four-acre Sun Splash Park at South Atlantic Avenue and Revilo Boulevard in Daytona Beach.

Amenities: Interactive water fountain, Decorative walkways, Shaded playground, Picnic areas, Restrooms, Outdoor showers, Two beach access ramps, Coca-Cola-sponsored "cool zone", and 95 off-beach parking spaces.
