Shores Community Center

A community center with classes in areas such as music lessons, cards, and exercise.
There is an activity room with table tennis and card games.

Featuring six clay tennis courts and pickleball courts that are free and open to the public, in addition to bocce ball and shuffleboard.

Veterans Park is on the west side of the building.

The Center is a venue for ceremonies, parties, small gatherings and corporate uses - based on availability. The upstairs Community Room adjacent to the west balcony has views of sunsets over the Halifax River and the Veteran’s Park area. The room can be divided in half for smaller activities.
