Nova Community Center & Park

Nova Community Center and Park, offers a wide array of recreational amenities, activities, programs and events. The 11,440 square foot Nova Center gymnasium has two basketball courts for open play, league practice, tournaments and is the location for the Holiday and Summer Connection Day Camps. In addition, the Center has a 1,200 square foot game room where you can enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey, bumper pool, ping pong and pickleball. The exercise and weight room provides a private, quiet work out atmosphere. The 1,870 square foot activity room is the perfect venue for private parties. Dance classes, jazzercise, Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS), and assorted other seasonal classes take place during the year at the center.

Nova Community Park is a 60.2 acre park which incorporates various amenities such as a fitness trail, a skate court and the Magic Forest Playground. In addition there are four handball courts, one outside basketball court, six tennis courts (two of which are lit), five baseball fields and three pavilions with picnic tables.

The Special Populations Division is housed in Nova Community Center and provides Challenger Sports, Jazzercise, Holiday and Teacher Duty Day Camp, Camp T. Rec in the summer, the Shining STARS Pageant and Fashion Show and various dances and events for people with special needs. Both the center and the park are fully accessible to patrons with disabilities.
