Renovations to historic Daisy Stocking Park are completed. New pavilions, picnic tables and children’s playground equipment were part of the $2.6 million plan. Other improvements in the four-acre park include new lighting, gateway entrance, landscaping, sidewalks and pathways to provide connectivity to Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard.
Daisy Stocking Park is named after one of Daytona Beach's most prominent humanitarians and medical practitioners, Daisy Hardy Stocking. This community park offers an amphitheater and benches with parking available.
