In 1906 a group of local citizens gathered to form the Village Improvement Association and provide a place for friends and neighbors to gather socially and create a sense of community. Today the spirit of this group continues to be led by the Oak Hill Community Trust.
The building has been designated as an historical Museum that preserves the founding and history of Oak Hill. Open House at the museum is offered monthly.
The hall is located adjacent to K.T Chung park which has a shady green space, a gazebo and picnic table.
