GOTR of Northeast Florida
Girls on the Run® is a life-changing program for third- to eighth-grade girls. Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
We use the power of running to provide girls with the tools to:
-Celebrate their bodies
-Honor their voices
-Recognize their gifts, and
-Activate their personal power
Our Council's sites are all in Volusia County. Most are public elementary and middle schools. We occasionally have other locations as well. Be sure to tell your daughters to listen for the GOTR announcements at their schools about registration, as it is first come first served. Home school students can be placed at a site if the location allows it and there is space available.
