  Volusia program invites you to join Environmental Specialist Tommy Nordman
 n on a paddle through the mangroves near Strickland Bay. Along the way, we'
 ll discover native wading birds, raptors, songbirds, and shorebirds\n\n**Im
 portant note: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to organize gear and complete 
 a waiver. Waivers must be completed in full to participate in the program. 
 You can download and complete a waiver ahead of time by visiting Explore Vo
 lusia.\n\n** Some map apps and GPS devices will take you to the incorrect l

 : Watercraft (kayak, canoe, or SUP), personal flotation device (must be wor
 n while paddling), emergency whistle, water to drink, sunscreen, and bug sp
 ray\n\n** Five, single sit-on-top kayaks (plus gear) are available at no co
 st. You can reserve one in the "add-ons" section under "tickets." You must 
 have a general admission ticket for each person reserving a kayak. First co
