In addition to consumer aircraft rentals, Air America has a substantial fleet of aircraft for aerial imaging and photogrammetric services. Air America currently boasts a fleet of 60+ aircraft and 70+ pilots, divided as needed between the flight training facility and imaging contracts.
Although Air America is based in the southeastern United States, company aircraft are utilized in aerial imaging services throughout North America and the Caribbean. Air America's fleet is in service seven days a week, year-round, in contracts ranging from small, single-site missions to large-scale, recurring annual projects. Air America has operated imaging aircraft for more than ten years in all 48 contiguous states and Alaska, as well as parts of Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
